MDIRECTOR APIS
The MDirector APIs (web services) allow connections between any system (CRM, CMS, data management, …) and MDirector.
Using APIs you can automatically manage lists, update your database, send campaigns, download statistics, unsubscribers and bounces, and track all sales coming from your email marketing campaigns. The system used is based on the two legged Oauth authentication.
All documentation and examples are available to customers in the platform. If you need help throughout the implementation, you can request support to our team. You can also synchronize your subscribers via FTP, without programming API calls. Ask information to your account manager for the creation of your FTP account.
If your company uses Magento, WordPress or Prestashop, you can easily automate the synchronizations installing a plugin with no need of any additional implementation.
